1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and vipphp (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the vipphp online casino platform, including all games, services, features, content, and functionality available through our website and mobile-optimized platform (collectively, the "Service").

You may request withdrawal of available funds from your vipphp account at any time, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements, verification procedures, and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawal requests are processed using the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible, or through an alternative method at the Company's discretion.

All withdrawal requests are subject to verification and approval by vipphp. Processing times vary by payment method: GCash withdrawals typically process within 5-15 minutes, PayMaya within 10-20 minutes, and bank transfers within 24 hours. These timeframes represent our standard processing times and do not account for delays that may occur due to verification requirements, payment provider processing, banking holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4.3 Financial Transaction Policies

You agree to comply with all applicable financial transaction limits, verification requirements, and anti-money laundering procedures established by vipphp. The Company reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any transaction that we reasonably believe may involve fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

In the event of erroneous credits to your account due to technical errors, system malfunctions, or other mistakes, vipphp reserves the right to correct such errors and adjust your account balance accordingly. 8. Intellectual Property Rights

• Technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, or failures

In no event shall the Company's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you deposited into your vipphp account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, the Company's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the vipphp Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, you may escalate the matter through formal complaint procedures.

All disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in the Philippines, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

vipphp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, refuse service, and forfeit any funds in your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, committed fraud, abused bonuses, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the Company or other users.

The Company may also suspend or terminate accounts for prolonged inactivity, failure to complete verification procedures, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. In most cases, we will provide notice before termination and allow you to withdraw any legitimate remaining balance, though we are not obligated to do so in cases of serious violations.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your vipphp account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance subject to completion of wagering requirements and compliance with these Terms. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened except at the Company's sole discretion.

11.3 Self-Exclusion
